Delete your account
SpotWait account owners can start permanent deletion from the app. This removes the authentication account and the workspace data covered by the in-product confirmation.
Delete inside SpotWait
- Sign in to the SpotWait staff app.
- Open Settings, then Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Read the impact summary, enter the requested confirmation, and confirm deletion.
If you cannot sign in
Email support@spotwait.com from the address associated with the account. Include the business name, but do not send a password or payment-card information. Support will verify ownership before acting.
What may be retained
Some limited billing, security, and legal records may need to be retained. Exact retention periods remain subject to the final counsel-approved Privacy Policy.
